Fleming Park Estate
is quietly nestled in 25 acres of private parkland above
picturesque Melville Cove on Halifax's
Northwest Arm. It's living with the magnificent views of the Armdale
Yacht Club, and the Fleming Park greenbelt with it's own system of
nature trails.

The
Dingle on the Northwest Arm, was donated to Halifax
in 1908 by the creator of standard time, Sir Sandford Fleming
(1827-1915). Known as "The Dingle" by
local residents, this wooded park has hiking trails, canteen
facilities, grassy areas and beaches. The copper-roofed Memorial
Tower was completed in 1912 and commemorates the first elected
assembly in the British Empire, first convened at Halifax on
2 October 1758.

Ramsgate Lane,
located off Purcell's Cove Road, Halifax, is a modern, high quality
72 unit, luxury apartment building. 3
bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2+den and 1 bedroom styles are available.
Security is very important and therefore we have installed a keyless
door
entry system for access to all common exit/entry areas. We also
use security cameras
to monitor key access points. The building management team, Jenny and David Baigent, are dedicated, professional and provide 24hr. supervision.
